The Octagon Delineator Base 12lb is made from reclaimed and recycled vulcanized rubber and durable virgin rubber. Features a stacking ring to keep them from sliding off of each other when stacked.
Designed to function as a flexible foundation, keeping posts upright and weighted in place on rough or uneven surfaces.
